In accordance with the current vaccination mandate in the City of Philadelphia, each of the attendees, vendors, and 3rd party providers associated with this booking who may enter into the event space are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received either 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson OR at least 2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna. The hotel verifies that all staff who may enter into the event space are fully vaccinated. The meeting planner accepts responsibility of verifying the vaccination status of each attendee and acknowledges that the Group must be readily able to provide proof of vaccination for each attendee upon request by either the hotel or a representative of the City of Philadelphia. The hotel is not liable for damages relating to any COVID related illness that is contracted while attending an event.
