The main exhibition space and back gallery total 6,000 SF in an open floor plan. The main space offers 22 ft. ceilings and can accommodate up to 300 guests in multiple configurations. Minimal columns make it a perfect choice for corporate product launches, presentations and cocktail parties. The venue can also accommodate vehicles. Guests enter through a dramatic double door entrance on Greenwich Street with ample branding opportunities, including room for a step and repeat. Two dedicated freight entrances allow for convenient and precise vendor access, as well as a secure entrance for talent and VIPs. The back gallery is an ideal green room location. Above the main space is an additional rental – a dramatic and elegantly furnished loft space with 20 ft. ceilings, and two walls of windows which overlook a strolling sculpture garden. The loft space is 2,000 sq ft and doubles in size with the inclusion of the terrace.
