Our Cleaning Teams and Studio Managers are vaccinated. They 90 minutes before you check-in to clean and disinfect all areas and surfaces and also to ventilate the space. All our cleaning products are certified.

We suggest planning for a 30-minute window to load in and another 30-minute window to load out. If you anticipate longer load-in and load-out times, please communicate these timeframes with our Operations team. Note: this time has to be within your confirmed reservation times. Casa Managers will be in charge of coordinating your load-in and load-out.

Upon arrival, the space will be prepped, spotless, and ready to use. The Casa Manager (on-site rep) will check you in and assist to load in/out your equipment, set up all the tech you need, and will be available (but out of your way) the entire time in case you need assistance. The Casa Manager will be in charge of getting rid of full trash and recycling bags, following our core proposal of being as sustainable as possible.

COI is mandatory for all companies that book us. For individuals, we can refer trustworthy COI suppliers. Prices shown are our minimum before qualifying your reservation. Additional fees may apply once we have a full understanding of your project such as: total attendees, start/end time of your reservation, vehicles involved (production), the amount of EQ to load in/out, etc. Our operations team will handle all logistic needs for you.
