Safety Measures: Sanitation; Employee Roles and Duties updated to comply and exceed COVID-19 sanitation requirements. Staff members dedicated to performing an ongoing sanitation cycle on all high contact surfaces, Restrooms cleaned every 30 minutes, Seats/Tables sanitized between uses. PPE for Employees are required. High temperature dishwasher used for all glassware. Managing Employee Health:All employees are subjected to health checks upon arrival outside of the Taproom to minimize contamination. All employees are required to wear a face coverings, all kitchen staff required to wear face coverings and gloves. Instruct employees with symptoms associated with COVID-19 to report them to their supervisors. Personal Hygiene for Employees: Emphasize effective hand hygiene including washing hands for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Face coverings to be worn throughout the entirety of their shift.
