WELCOME TO ELLINGTON IN THE PARK Ellington in the Park replaced the former Hudson Beach Cafe. When the sun sets over the Hudson River, the beach-themed restaurant becomes a trendy yet casual scene fueled by drinks, live music, big-screen TVs, and fresh food by Chef John Loughran of Ellington on Broadway and Banc Cafe. Ellington in the Park is a hidden treasure for those who are ready to make the most of summer and willing to venture out of the usual party spots.
