All tech and AV is brought in the evening prior to your event for Ellis Island events. Liberty Island events require a barge from Staten Island.

Evelyn Hill Inc. is following all city, state, federal and CDC guideline in response to Covid-19. Masks are mandatory. Health screening is conducted on all of our staff. Hand sanitizer is provided on both Ellis & Liberty Island.

A private ferry from Statue Cruises (the exclusive transportation concessionaire of the National Park Service) will be who you contract your transportation with "to" an "from" Ellis Island & Liberty Island.

As a National Monument that is open to the public daily with limited storage we rent all of the equipment needed to host your event from Party Rental Ltd.

The National Park Service manages both Liberty & Ellis Islands. They must approve everything that occurs during your event; including date, number of guests, schedule and flow. This approval is obtained by submitting a National Park Service application at least 6 weeks prior to the event. Applicants must be showing a meaningful association of their event, to the historic nature of its grounds. There is a $75 application fee. Evelyn Hill Inc. can submit this application on your behalf.

• If cancellation occurs more than 6 months prior to the Event, Client is responsible for payment of 15% of the Contract Price. • If cancellation is 6 months to 120 days, payment of 25% of the Contract Price. • If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to the Event, payment of 50% of the Contract Price. • If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the Event, payment of 75% of the Contract Price. • If cancellation is less than 14 days prior to the Event, payment of 100% of the Contract Price

Load-in at Ellis Island takes place the evening before your event. Evelyn Hill Inc. will manage all vendors for you. Liberty Island requires barging of equipment from Staten Island and Evelyn Hill Inc. will manage these logistics for you too.

After airport-like security your guests will board their private ferry in Battery Park, NYC or Liberty State Park, NJ. They will enjoy a private sail past Lady Liberty on their way to Ellis Island. This will take 15 minutes.

Evelyn Hill Inc. will manage all storage needs and place equipment in approved National Park Service areas.

All cleaning & trash removal is included.

Evelyn Hill Inc. will help you in coordinating a National Park Service Special Use Permit. The National Park Service will request a Certificate of Insurance naming the US Department of Interior, National Park Service as Additional Insured on the General Liability with respect to claims arising out of the negligence of the Named Insured. The liability insurance amount required is $1,000,000.00. In the block “Certificate Holder” it should read: Statue of Liberty NM, Liberty Island, NY 10004
