Diversity and inclusion at Convene encompasses a set of initiatives to maintain and uplift a diverse workforce and create an environment of inclusion and belonging. We accomplish this by providing educational and learning opportunities for our team, facilitating safe and open conversations through our ‘Conversations With…’ series, supporting and centering our employee resource groups, and continuously improving our people policies to be inclusive and fair. Our Executive Chefs work with local food suppliers and partner-farms to create inspired renditions of classic dishes for you and your team to bond over. Nearly every Convene is equipped with a commercial kitchen and on-site chefs who create freshly-prepared, nutritious meals.

Convene has safety measures and protocols in place to ensure a safe environment to return to. We have worked with top healthcare and wellness experts including our partner Eden Health, government officials, and our peers in the industry to define new protocols and operating standards to ensure our space allows members to feel healthy, safe, and productive.
