All catering is provided in-house as we do not allow outside catering in the event spaces. Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar is the onsite restaurant that services breakfast, lunch and dinner to guests.

The Delta has an on-site AV company that provides all in-house audio visual for meetings/events.

We abide by Marriott's Commitment to Clean. Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures. We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more thoughtful as we go through our daily activities. Our associates are expected to follow the CDC recommendations for everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases and we encourage you to do the same. These include: o Avoiding close contact with people who are sick. o Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. o Covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. o Washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

Parking is complimentary. We will also have a complimentary shuttle to/from the DFW airport and downtown Southlake to enjoy shopping and local restaurants.

Linen-less tables and banquet chairs are included.

The Hotel cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival without any financial obligations. For events/meeting space, their is a contracted cancellation tier policy.

We have load-in roll up doors in the back of the hotel that is easily accessible to the meeting/event space.

Complimentary Cleaning and trash removal for event spaces. However, there is a $250 cleaning fee per section of the ballroom should there be any glitter, confetti, etc that is hard to clean.

Delta Green Meetings Initiative: we provide only linen-less tables in all banquet functions. We will also focus on E-Billing and sharing E-Menus to help conserve paper products and provide less waste. All guest rooms will have key card activated power where all power will shut off once a guest leaves the room to conserve energy. Water bottle filling stations are located on every floor to provide clean filtered water for reusable bottles to help prevent waste.
