At Adega (meaning wine cellar), we have taken old recipes and cooking techniques and matched them with modern flavours and other complementary styles of cuisine. Some dishes need no refining at all and are served in their authentic form. Adega’s specialty is seafood and they source it from all over the world: fresh fish from Portugal & Azores Islands, Canadian Maritime Lobster, Norwegian Cod, Tunisian Octopus, and Thai Tiger Shrimp.
