Architectural highlights of the building include: original brick walls, vaulted ceilings, reclaimed wood trusses frame the ceilings, skylights sprinkled throughout the building and glass doors for natural light.

The Hamilton offers guests our exclusive in house bar program tailored to client tastes and budgets. Guests can choose from caterers that we trust and love from our Preferred Vendor list, or bring in a caterer of choice. The venue has a 1,070 square foot kitchen fully equipped with refrigerators, freezers, sinks, and electricity for appliances.

A short ride through the Brooklyn Battery tunnel from downtown Manhattan, the Hamilton is conveniently located within walking distance of Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, and the Columbia Waterfront District, and easily accessible by car, ferry and bus. Parking is available on site and in the neighborhood.

Cancellations
The cancellation policy is outlined in the venue rental agreement. Best efforts will be made to reschedule all events. In cases where this is not possible, deposits are non-refundable.
Load In
The Hamilton has a rear door entry as well as ground-level front door load in options. Load-in times are arranged with The Hamilton's Guest Relations team.
Guest Access
Guests can access The Hamilton through the front doors. There is a VIP rear entrance if needed. Parking is available in front of the building and throughout the neighborhood.
Storage
Storage for multi-day events can be discussed with the Guest Relations Team
Cleaning and Trash Removal
Cleaning and trash bins and removal is included in the fee. Guests must supply trash bags
Permits and Insurance
Insurance is required.
