El Alma's menu is a vibrant take on the contemporary flavors of Mexico, that also features local ingredients like redfish, lamb, and texas quail. Chef Alma Alcocer-Thomas approaches the food as if you were a guest dining in her own home. El Alma celebrated its 10th anniversary in June 2021 and credits its longevity to an inclusive atmosphere that lets guests experience a full four-course meal before the Symphony or enjoy a couple of quick tacos after a dip in Barton Springs.
