With a subtle nod to Ernest Hemingway’s time in Paris, Bardot Brasserie’s cocktail program incorporates classic cocktails with creative cocktails that incorporate eclectic French spirits. Bardot Brasserie boasts the largest vintage chartreuse list in Las Vegas. Featuring an array of new and old-world wine, Bardot Brasserie’s wine program focuses on the regions of Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Rhône, Alsace, and the Loire Valley.
