Chef Geronimo Lopez is the Chef-Owner of Botika, a restaurant located in San Antonio's Historic Pearl Brewery. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Lopez has worked in luxury hotels and resorts around the world, including Slovenia, Croatia, Mexico, France, and Venezuela. Prior to opening Botika, he was the Executive Chef & Instructor of Culinary Arts at the renowned Culinary Institute of America. Since its opening in 2016, Botika has received numerous awards and accolades, including being named the People's Choice for Best Restaurant at Pearl by the San Antonio Express News.
