A progressive American steakhouse, EDGE Restaurant is led by Executive Chef Simon Purvis, who sources local products and seasonal produce. Injecting excitement into the typical dining experience, EDGE offers Colorado-ranched beef and other prime cuts seared to perfection over a pecan wood-fired grill.
