The Twisted Fork

The Twisted Fork started as the brainchild of our Executive Chef playing with different foods and putting a “twist” on some classic dishes as a creative outlet for specials. However, we quickly realized this innovative take on traditional dishes was much bigger than the occasional special and needed their own home. Thus, The Twisted Fork was created. Executive Chef, Sergio Romero, has trained in Chicago and learned how to use simple ingredients effectively to make exciting dishes. At The Twisted Fork, we focus on providing a comfortable experience with fantastic food.
