What we're doing to keep safe? STAFF: All Employees... (1) Temperatures will be taken multiple times daily. (2) Will be screened by the Manager on Duty before coming into the business for symptoms of illness. (3) Have been retrained on environmental cleaning, hand hygiene, and respiratory etiquette before returning to work. (4) Will wear facial masks and gloves. (5) Will adhere to 6ft social distancing whenever possible. (6) BOH: Change out their gloves multiple times during the shift. (7) Wash their hands multiple times during the shift. GUESTS: (1) We are cleaning and sanitizing multiple times before, during, and after operational hours & are happy to supply hand sanitizer and tissues to avoid high contact touch surfaces. (2) We are observing the 6ft social distancing requirements & providing single use food and beverage menus. (3) Our guests are being asked to wear a mask in the dining room until seated at their table
