I am working on revamping our anniversary milestone recognition program with some items people will covet.
We're about 2200 people in regions from India to China to Spain and the US so finding items I can make locally, since shipping into some regions isn't feasible option, is challenging.
Are any of you also running internal recognition programs that have a high level of customization by region like this?
And what specialty recognition items are you finding employees love these days?
Looking for an affordable florist for a dinner - part of a sales kick off in LA. The event is at the JW Marriott LA Live. Not a huge budget - $6K. Need centerpieces for the high boys (10-15) during the reception and about 50 dinner tables. Anyone have any favorites? The event is January 31. Thank you in advance!!
