IN8 Create

We design and facilitate workshop and team building events for organizations using the LEGO Serious Play method. Offering both virtual and in-person services, our events run from 1 hour to multiple days and are great for groups as small as 4 people, up to 200. Each participant starts with a special kit of LEGO bricks and is trained how to build stories out of metaphor. This method was built for strategy, but the magic lies in unlocking the ability to communicate with ease and in short time periods. Participants engage both their creative and logic sides when building. Our events are fun, memorable, and easy for our customers as we have pre-build and fully customizable options.
