In these challenging times, where individuals across the globe are working from home, it’s important to keep up spirits, energies, and employee/team engagement. We’ve painstakingly reworked our hit philanthropic experience and moved it from the common area to the home office.

This is an opportunity to encourage your colleagues to “step away from the computer,” and “create something,” on their own. Give them permission to play . . .

Do you remember your first teddy bear? Was it brown? Was it black? Was it even a bear? Did you have a childhood blanket that was your safety net? Sadly, many children don’t have these two simple, comforting items in their lives. That’s where you come in! Blankets & Books & Bears: Virtual Edition is our socially responsible, socially distant experience benefiting younger, underprivileged children. Each participant is sent a “B3 Kit” containing fleece, bear “skins,” stuffing, and tools that he or she will use to lovingly fashion a knot blanket and teddy bear, to be given to a young child. Just for good measure, we throw in a child’s book, too . . . it’s never too early to learn to read. For those who wish to have their participants convene collectively, and remotely, to complete their projects, we throw in a virtual game show, all “B3-themed,” which has teams attempting to outscore their opponents, in a truly heartwarming battle for the gold!
