Give your clients or employees the gift of creativity with a LIVE virtual modern brush calligraphy workshop from Hoopla! Letters
Host a private, live and totally virtual modern brush calligraphy workshop for your clients and employees! Led by professional calligrapher Kimberly Shrack of Hoopla! Letters (as seen in People, US Weekly, Martha Stewart Weddings and more), these virtual workshops provide an interactive way to learn a fun, new hobby -- all from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Workshops are hosted via Zoom, which each participant receiving their own private link to ensure exclusivity to your group. A live chat option is available to allow participants to ask questions and receive feedback in real time. Classes are 90 minutes long, and will be recorded and shared with all participants.
By the end of the workshop workshop, your clients/employees will:
- Understand the foundations of calligraphy, including the mechanics of your brush pen and how to use it to create modern script;
- Be proficient in the 10 basic calligraphy strokes, the building blocks of all calligraphic alphabets;
- Be able to script a lowercase alphabet in modern brush calligraphy; and
- Have the confidence and skills to continue your practice at home!
This workshop is designed for total beginners, so no experience is necessary. All participants will also receive a practice workbook in a PDF they can print at home. Individual supply kits are available for an additional fee.
