The residents built this screening room as part of the building of our new home on the Embarcadero. It is a multimedia capable screening room featuring ergonomic seating for 146 guests. The room includes a small stage for presentations, a glass enclosed lobby for receptions with wet bar and is great for training seminars or private screenings for special events. Our screening room is the venue for the Director’s Guild monthly screenings, dailies of films produced in San Francisco, and Academy of Motion Pictures screenings.
