The City View Room (23,000 square feet), situated on the upper level, offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The room is carpeted and has one air wall that can be used to separate the space. Restrooms are conveniently located in the center of the room, and a balcony offers outdoor access and obstructed views. The Embarcadero Room (18,000 square feet), situated on the lower level, is industrial with exposed ceilings and cement flooring. It is lined with roll-up doors that can be opened, allowing direct access to outdoor space along the waterfront. Located adjacent to the building is the Pier 27 Transportation Area, a parking lot with 120 spots that can be rented out for events or used as event space if needed.
