ICA SF

ICA San Francisco believes museums can do better. We are a non-collecting contemporary art museum that prioritizes artists over art holdings, individuals over institutions, and equity and expansion of the canon. Through boundary-expanding curatorial initiatives and collaborations across the arts, ICA SF seeds need-to-know civically engaged local artists and curators into global consciousness and brings international artists to the Bay Area. In breaking from the expected museum model, ICA SF pushes against tradition and hierarchies, fundamentally changing how contemporary art is curated, compensated and accessed by all.

Third Rail

Located in San Francisco’s historic Dogpatch neighborhood, Third Rail is a modern take on a friendly neighborhood bar.The name Third Rail relates to the bar’s positioning proximal to the San Francisco Municipal Railway’s T Third Street light rail line, as well as the eponymous cocktail that’s a best seller at sister spot Range. Paxton Gate design/build team Sean Quigley and Scott McCrea (Flour+Water) gave the bar a subtle train station-inspired vibe with art deco touches and a mid-century aesthetic. Furnishings include Eames inspired chairs and sofas, industrial tin signage, and a vintage French train station clock that spans four and a half feet. The 1,200 sq-foot space features an L-shaped bar, bench seating, and an intimate lounge area.

The Pearl

Accommodating up to 800 guests, The Pearl features a main floor, mezzanine, and rooftop terrace, as well as a full catering kitchen. The Pearl's top notch in-house bar program boasts the finest selection of local beer, wine, and premium spirits.

Dogpatch Studios

Known as an ideal venue for film productions, commercials, and spectacular parties, Dogpatch Studios brings together clients of all types looking for a private space that can handle big productions for press events, audio/visual productions, and gala receptions.Located on the hip side of Potrero Hill just one mile south of the Giants’ ballpark, Dogpatch is easily accessed by bus, train, car, taxi, rideshare, MUNI (T-Line), or even by boat! The entire building offers high speed wireless internet, state-of-the-art technical and electrical capabilities, and a roll-up door for easy drive-in access for loading and unloading.

Phantom SF

PHANTOM is an open, industrial event space available for rent. With a built-in kitchen and bar, our space is perfect to host private dinners, cocktail parties, meetings, demos, launches, pop-ups, and more. We have in-house catering, bartending, and event design OR you can bring in your own team!

The Sea Star

The Nasty Woman herself, Alicia Walton, crafts our drinks and curates our spirits. She is the 2016 StarChefs Rising Star and 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Bar Star. Try one of our house cocktails, or settle in with a flight of draft cocktails. Maybe just keep it simple with a dive into our extensive spirits list. What about beer? We've got you covered with 14 rotating beer taps featuring some of the best craft breweries of the Bay Area and beyond. Be sure to also ask about limited-release sours and stouts available in the cellar for sale to go. Take them home to enjoy while planning your next Sea Star visit. We don't have a kitchen, but we've got tasty locally-made bar snacks and you're also welcome to bring food in and eat in the bar.

School Night

School Night is located adjacent to the main space on 19th street. Fully furnished and equipped as a turnkey solution for all your event needs, it is perfect for all types of social events from holiday parties to wedding rehearsals, engagement celebrations, birthdays, and even the late-night after-parties. School Night is available for private event bookings accommodating guest capacities of 50 to 100. With its own private entrance just a few steps up 19th street, it can be rented independently of or in conjunction with your event at The Pearl.

LUX-SF
