Restaurant Yuu

Restaurant Yuu was founded by a Japanese chef with the idea of offering a new form of French cuisine. We offer traditional Japanese "omotenashi” and high-quality French cuisine. Restaurant Yuu has 18 seats and is limited to 36 people per day. Located in Greenpoint, which has two sides of calm atmosphere and youth culture in Brooklyn, New York.

The Greenpoint Loft

High ceilings and a layered design helps create a great flow for private and corporate events alike. Lofted above the main event space is an 800 sq. ft. converted section that overlooks the main dining/dancing space with a breathtaking view of the NYC skyline. There is an additional 600 sq. ft. open air roof-deck adjacent to this lofted space which is included in the rental. The lofted area and roofdeck are only accessible by staircase. The Greenpoint Loft comes with a coat check room and two dressing suites outside of the main space included in the rental.

Rule of Thirds

Rule of Thirds' event spaces are versatile and chic, featuring industrial notes with exposed brick, concrete floors and beautiful light-filled rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. It hosts a vast array of events; such as weddings, corporate dinners, conferences, product launches and brand activations, to name a few. With three indoor private dining rooms, an expansive event space with its own private entrance/exit, and an outdoor courtyard that can be converted to allow for private gatherings, Rule of Thirds can host events ranging from 8 to 450 people.

Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse

Built in the 1890’s, this Brooklyn landmark played a huge role in the American Industrial Revolution. Once a rope factory producing twine and oakum for the shipyards along the East River, it was also the birthplace of the famous wartime ship, the USS Monitor. The Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse boasts the original brick and wood of the era and the building façade remains untouched from the 1890s. This raw and versatile landmark was recently restored with close attention paid to the details of the past and is now prime for your future event. Based on local occupancy permits the space can hold expos, art exhibits, weddings, and more.

Loft Story

We are an elegant venue in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. With over 3,500 sq. ft. the venue can accommodate a 200 person cocktail event or 150 person seated dinner. There are several amenities included in the space such as:- Thorough cleaning of establishment- Staff onsite (experienced staff)- Extra hours for set-up/decor- Seating (max seating cap is 150. Cocktail standing is 200)- Beautiful Chandelier lighting (dimmable)- Electricity throughout space- Uplighting (ambient lighting)- JBL commercial sound system- Table displays for beverages and light hor d'oeuvres- Kitchenette (food prep space, 2 refrigerators, ice maker, wine cooler)We as an establishment have a liquor license. If you would like to serve alcohol during your event, you must acquire liquor through us. Prices begin at $30/person for 3 hours open bar. Threes Brewing Greenpoint

Threes Brewing Greenpoint is our more intimate venue, in North Brooklyn. Open since 2017, it is currently operating as a fully-stocked beer store, with draft options for on-premise consumption. Outdoor seating is available, along with a full menu from our friends Greenpoint Fish and Lobster.
