In celebration of the long-awaited “Zoolander 2” premiere, our team collaborated with The Visionary Group and our client PMK•BNC to design, build, and fabricate the Zoolander School of Modeling Activation at The Grove in Los Angeles. We created an immersive, interactive space that reflected Derek Zoolander’s eccentric lifestyle through usage of interactive live stream vanities, LED poster boxes, wireless charging benches, sound proof recording studios, and a solid illuminated acrylic runway with live stream.
Features of the activation included a Blue Steel Selfie Station, a Model Walk Off, and a Model Lingo Dubsmash booth. Over 3,300 guests attended the activation, and it received coverage from media outlets including BizBash and KTLA 5 news.
