Operators Guild Summit 2024

I served as lead event planner for the Operators Guild Summit, a two-day, 180-person conference in Denver. I owned end-to-end logistics including venue and vendor management, budget tracking, and attendee experience. I also coordinated all speaker logistics (travel, scheduling, communications) while programming was handled separately. This was the first year the event turned a profit, generating six figures, directly tied to operational improvements in planning and budget management. Post-event survey result: 100% of respondents said they would return.
