In early 2025, Dispatch Tree partnered with FitXR and Meta to deliver a nationwide mobile experiential tour designed to bring immersive VR fitness experiences directly to communities across the United States. Over the course of 60 days, the team executed 27 fully branded events spanning 9 states and covering over 9,000 miles of road, transforming everyday public spaces into vibrant fitness-focused activation zones. Dispatch Tree Each stop engaged thousands of participants, with total tour attendance exceeding 10,000 people, and delivered high-impact, hands-on interactions with FitXR’s cutting-edge VR fitness content. Dispatch Tree managed end-to-end production for the tour, including: Mobile Activation Design: A portable, immersive VR fitness studio built for rapid deployment and high engagement. Branding & Creative: Custom graphics and environmental design optimized to attract attendees and elevate the FitXR brand. Event Technology & Guest Capture: On-site connectivity, VR system setup, and real-time data capture workflows to support QR check-ins, waivers, and lead acquisition. Logistics & On-Ground Execution: Full operational support from setup through teardown at every location, ensuring smooth, high-energy experiences, including in remote or infrastructure-challenged environments. The tour delivered thousands of new fans and substantial brand visibility.
