Vimeo wanted to create an experience that built stronger bonds, encouraged cross-department collaboration, and reinforced Vimeo's creative DNA. We designed The V.I.M.E.O. Hunt, a global competition that used video creation and storytelling challenges to connect teams worldwide while celebrating Vimeo's creative mission. We ran a 6-week surprise rollout, culminating in 6 simultaneous scavenger hunts spanning the globe!
