ipsters and potential new members joined ipsy for a new mobile experience in Austin, TX during SXSW, kicking off ipsy’s 2019 event schedule. Along with seven participating brands ipsy treated attendees to mini-makeovers, product giveaways, a floral photo op, and live educational panels.
