Corporate Election Event

BlackOak Technical Productions played a pivotal role in the success of this Corporate Election Event, hosted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The central objective of the event was to emphasize the connection between the Milwaukee company and its national brands. We achieved this through a thoughtfully designed stage setup featuring a three-column structure adorned with images of Washington D.C. The design reinforced the political theme of the event while effectively showcasing both brands. In addition to branding, the client placed significant emphasis on the quality of the event recordings to create post-production content. We responded by utilizing broadcast-quality camera equipment, employing expert on-camera lighting techniques, and assembling a team of top-tier show technicians. This focus on technical excellence ensured the result premium media content that could be edited seamlessly in post-production. The team worked in close partnership with the venue's union labor crews, providing leadership and coordination to keep the project on track.
