Charleston Food & Wine Festival

For my Events Management class at the College of Charleston, I was able to get the experience to go to Charleston Food and Wine Festival! I chose to go to the seminar about costal breweries along the East coast. The other attendees and myself were given six glasses of craft beer to sample and sides of cheese and crackers. It was a great chance to learn about how much work and thought goes into creating a perfect IPA or craft beer.
