Scale TransformX

Scale TransformX 2022 brought together 20,000+ of the world’s brightest AI leaders, visionaries, practitioners and researchers to explore operationalizing AI and Machine Learning. The 2022 conference, which focused on building AI defining tomorrow and was housed at the SF Jazz Center, included over 120 speakers across 80+ sessions and three days of in-person and virtual keynote presentations, fireside chats, panel discussions and hands-on workshops. The Hit Play team took on remote recording, editing and motion graphics for the virtual day of the program in addition to the live stream broadcast of both the virtual and live in person content. The SF Jazz Center was specifically selected for its unique beauty and unparalleled acoustics. Hit Play designed a custom LED stage surrounded by projection mapping to utilize and highlight the natural elements of the space. The effect created an immersive, ambient environment that served as the perfect compliment to the session content. Hit Play worked with Scale on all aspects of TransformX, including creative ideation and design, fabrication, general session and breakout production, A/V, staging, content creation, projection mapping and motion graphics, live streaming, onsite staffing, venue contracting and management, signage and catering.
