2023 Waterside Plaza July 4th

Events by Abigail was hired for a second year to fully produce the annual July 4th Celebration for the residents of Waterside Plaza in Manhattan. The theme was Carnival and we had approximately 3,000 guests in attendance this year - about 1,000 new guests this year compared to last year! Events by Abigail was in charge of sourcing all vendors and working with all vendors to determine serving counts and their set ups and day-of flow. We also spearheaded timelines and ROS, negotiating contracts, marketing and promotions, security and so much more!
