Winter Wonder Village Holiday Party

Bash Creative’s challenge was to create a virtual holiday experience to rival the pre-pandemic in person gatherings the client used to hold. Featuring their brand’s values and goals was also a priority. The client wanted to give their globally dispersed team an opportunity to come together at their own pace, with their friends & families to celebrate all of their successes. They knew what they wanted to do, but were unsure how to achieve it. With our desire to create something truly special and meaningful, we loved this prompt! Our solution was to build a custom immersive Virtual Winter Wonder Village. The kind you would travel halfway across the globe to see. Over 3 weeks, employees and their families could stroll through this magical village discovering a plethora of thoughtful daily workshops, gamified exploration, collaborative team challenges, and a variety of BIPOC-owned local small businesses for some holiday shopping. As the weeks went on, more was added including a secret speakeasy! There was never a dull moment!
