FAST Gala 2021

Creative Design & Details: Our brand manager Erik Miller, custom designed a logo, website, and all marketing & communications pieces that went out to guests. We brought in our partners at VenuIQ as our platform partner & mobile app. They were able to custom design based on theme, along with willingness to adapt to covid measures. On site Covid Compliance Officer to support the guests and enforce the clients policy of vaccine and negative tests requirements. 3 days of Science Meetings that was streams to the branded platform in 11 different languages. Evening Gala included ancillary cocktail reception entertainment from a custom painting, to dueling pianos, wandering photo booths, and a custom balloon stations photo booth, which is tradition. As guests entered the ballroom, they were in awe of silk aerialists, then the program was started with a personalized and custom made video of "Better Days are Coming" video showcase the community and the kids of this rare disease they fight for. Later in the program Casey McPherson, wrote & performed a beautiful song that spoke the parents of thesis kids, he inspired and helped our client raise $4.5M.
