Mellanox 20th Anniversary

Mellanox Technologies takes leaps and bounds in the technological world while securing networks for their clients. For such an advanced client, we had to think out of the box regarding the mechanics of their 20th-anniversary party. Or, should we say, parties, as there were 3 concurrent celebrations in Texas, Massachusetts, and California. We utilized a state of the art technology at the time to create a hologram entrance that chocked and awed guests as they filed into the space. Each venue selected had beautiful high ceilings and a lot of architectural character. The Texas party was hosted at the One World Theater, an indoor/outdoor space with stunning views. The Massachusetts party occurred at the City Side and Harbor Side Salons at the State Room to give guests a feel of Boston. Finally, the California event was hosted at the breathtaking craftsman Corinthian Grand Ballroom and Phoenix Lounge. This silicon-valley favorite was where we projected Mellanox’s 20th Anniversary logo for all attendees to walk through. Specific details were catered to the event spaces, alternating between plated and buffet-style dinners. However, every location enjoyed hors d’eouvres delivered by the waitstaff and a wide selection of cocktails. It’s important to note that each meal was decided depending on what was fresh and native to the location. While planning such a complex tri-fold event was definitely a lot of work, it was gratifying to see all of the individually unique celebrations.
