Fun Team Building

Shift Digital brought 75 employees from all over the country together at their headquarters in Birmingham Michigan. Most of the employees had never met each other in-person and this was an opportunity for everyone to meet, get to know one another, create lasting relationships and hopefully build a positive and supportive company culture. The employees were in the Michigan offices for a full week, working together in-person while also participating in fun activities. Shift Digital brought in Ethan, the Founder and CEO of Knuckleball Comedy, to run a fun workshop that allowed the participants to laugh and have fun, while at the same time enhancing leadership, listening and communication skills. The team from Shift Digital loved the program and looks forward to bringing Knuckleball Comedy back for the next one.
