Jayma Cardoso Hosts Vacheron Constantin

Our team Rise & Set recently enjoyed concepting and producing an event in The Hamptons with Vacheron Constantin. We partnered with Jayma Cardoso from The Surf Lodge to host two intimate dinners at a serene private estate in Bridgehampton, along with two press and client luncheons during the day. Other notable attendees included Liev Schreiber, Igee Okafor, Waris Ahluwalia, Cynthia Rowley, and Heidi Gardner. The events were designed around Vacheron Constantin’s theme for this year, 'The Anatomy of Beauty.’ Emphasizing the importance of a perfect product for every timepiece. Rise & Set incorporated Vacheron Constantin's branding throughout the weekend with watch displays, a watch bar, place cards, and much more. Guests could interact with the watches and learn about the brand’s history from Vacheron Constantin's representatives. Rise & Set worked with Blade to provide helicopter transport for multiple press outlets to Bridgehampton for the weekend's first event. Guests were given watchmaking tutorials and taught about the intricacies of every detail in Vacheron Constantin's mechanisms. Transitioning into the evening affair, which was highlighted by an exquisite, curated dinner menu by Yann Nury. Guests enjoyed champagne by the pool while socializing, and listening to an impressive musical performance by Caroline Vreeland. The party moved away from the pool to a luxurious tent for dinner, followed by remarks from host Jayma Cardoso and President Alexander Schmiedt of VC.
