Virtual Dance Party - Alumni Fundraiser

VIRTUAL FUNDRAISER Overcoming two main challenges—transitioning an in-person event to a virtual one while also executing it in less than two weeks—could have been too much for another production company, but not us. We transitioned the Johns Hopkins Alumni Weekend Hullabalooza event, which would typically attract 12,000+ alumni from all over the globe to their Baltimore campus, into a virtual fundraiser and dance party with a live Facebook stream. Not only did we exceed their expectations, but we helped raise money for the alumni’s worthy cause.
