Levi's Custom Irish Soda Bread Party

This team from apparel giant Levi’s loved the idea of our Virtual Brownie Bake Off, but wanted something a bit more seasonal as their event was taking place the day after St. Patrick’s Day. Fortunately for them, our owner Lauren Kathleen McCabe Herpich is Irish and has a recipe that she and her family has been enjoying for years. So, we worked with our partners at Renewal Mill to swap out its Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix for its 1-to-1 Baking Flour and provided all of the dry ingredients to make authentic soda bread from County Donegal in Ireland. We also included the Pacific Flake Sea Salt from Oaktown Spice Shop, loose leaf teas from Papillon Quality Coffee (but kept it to Irish Breakfast for everyone) and asked Becky Shank at Company Confections to put a seasonal spin on her amazing peppermint bark. The green, white and shamrock sprinkles were perfect!
