Sequence worked with the parties involved in this multifaceted partnership to ensure that each aspect of the day reflected “Total Health”. From the setup of the venue, to the menu selections, to the run of show, technical production and full execution. We managed more than a dozen VIP speakers, attendee services, all venue and vendor coordination. With the event taking place in both DC and LA, the cities needed to provide their own local flavor to the experience as well. The audience of NBA and KP contacts, plus brand partners in the health sphere came to listen, move and be inspired to bring a focus on Total Health into their communities.
