Michelin Star Chef Anita Lo Event

This was a corporate event, a collaboration between Chef Anita Lo and Food & Wine magazine (Meredith Corporation), to raise money for charities. Volunteers gathered with Chef Anita Lo at e.terra Kitchen, to produce two types of dumplings to be shipped all across the country.
