Joshua Tree Diplo x Adidas

In celebration of Adidas’ limited edition Joshua Tree sneakers, Diplo and 23Y35 took to the desert to livestream from inside Joshua Tree National Park. We worked directly with the U.S. National Park Service (thank you Ranger Rob!) on film permitting and access to the park during peak season. We travelled from Los Angeles with a complete production package and film crew and filmed a 1 hour DJ set on location at one of Joshua Tree National Park’s most notable locations – Cap Rock. Location scouting and timing with the sunset were key in this project, as well as following U.S. National Park Service guidelines to highlight the beauty of the park and “leave no trace”.
