In June 2020, NIKE, Inc. announced a $40 million commitment over four years to the Black community and will deepen this commitment through a series of grants totaling $1.75 million to organizations working on behalf of Black communities in seven U.S. cities: New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Memphis, St. Louis and Portland.
