L.A. County Women's Leadership Conf.

The Women’s Leadership conference of Los Angeles County pivoted their conference to virtual for 2021. The three-day interactive virtual conference brought together over 1,000 attendees from across North America highlighting women and inspiring attendees to innovate, learn, and connect with the community. The conference had dynamic and inspirational speakers, such as Dr. Deepika Chopra, Dolores Huerta, Cassie De Pecol, and Nichol Whiteman, to share their own experiences on topics such as overcoming adversity, mastering goals, and excelling in leadership roles. Attendees had the opportunity to network and share their personal stories, bringing forth discussions of growth and encouragement, highlighting the theme of the event “Spark the Light”. Fesia Davenport, Chief Executive Officer of LA County addressed the conference stating, “Let the spark of possibility ignite in each of us, very own reimagined future, centered on leadership, grounded in purpose, and a wash in light”. When working on the event strategy for this event, the client wanted this to be interactive and engaging. Now looking back, we are delighted to have accomplished that. From the selection of the platform to the attendee journey experience was planned out with the attendees in mind registration, delivery of the platform, communication, day of experience, viewing sessions, gamification, and more. Interactive engagement with the attendee via the virtual platform as well as the social media engagement.
