Connections Team Challenge

A top consulting agency was looking for an interactive activity for employee engagement, and Connections Team Challenge was the perfect way to connect their remote employees. This virtual game allows groups to connect in spirit, even when they can’t in person. Participants connect with their teammates via a video conference platform of your choosing and through the game which is downloaded to their own device. Players then work together to complete a series of challenges revolving around connecting. There are Connection Challenges, which are active photo and video tasks players must complete together, such as arranging players on their web platform screen, so a portion of all four of their faces come together to make one and snap a photo of it. There are also Trivia Challenges such as naming the country from the connect the dots puzzle image shown on the screen. And, Feedback Challenges which encourage discussion amongst teammates. For example, players share their school mascots and decide which would have been the most likely to win the 100-meter dash if all were competing against one another. You can also forge a connection with your company, as 10 company related trivia questions can be included in the game. A live scoreboard shows how teams are faring and which one will be connected with the name “winner”
