THE CHALLENGE Draw consumers to new MedMen Long Beach location and educate them about the new free delivery option. THE BIG IDEA Brand ambassadors spread the news of MedMen’s Long Beach store location as well as the launch of their new delivery service to thousands of attendees at the 2019 ComplexCon. The team handed out bright red tote bags, offered coupons and information about activities happening at the nearby retail location.
