NAHB GOLD AWARD WINNER The National Sales & Marketing Counsel of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) awarded PJR Design with the Gold Award for Best Presentation Center in North America. M1 is very proud to have worked with our partner PJR Design on such a successful project! PANORAMIC VIEW WALL The stunning centerpiece of the Sales Gallery is a curved, 8K video wall comprised of 28 commercial grade, micro-bezel NEC displays. Using our iOS app, brokers can choose a floor and direction to display drone-captured panoramic views on the video wall. They can then pan around 360° and toggle between day and dusk modes, giving visitors a crystal clear vision of what the view from the window of their future home will be. The system is set up to facilitate the brokerage process and help agents and buyers establish a shared digital portfolio. The touch screen kiosk station allows the broker to give guests a virtual tour of the amenities and offerings at 1000M, browse through image galleries, and look at detailed floor plans. The detailed scale model of the 1000M tower was outfitted with internal LEDs and microcontrollers which are controlled by our iOS app, giving the agents the ability to enter filtered search criteria and individually light up specific units.
