InVision's In Real Life (IRL) all-company meetup—a very special event where InVision’s fully distributed team, from 32 different countries, comes together IRL to celebrate, work as teams, play hard, and build deep connections. Jumping off with the theme, "Summer Camp" we found the perfect location to create a fully immersive InVision campus and branded it InVIsion pink (#ff3366). Driving with InVision's key goals of alignment, authentic connections and team building, we assisted to create a week of inspiring keynotes, afternoons of team building, information packed break-out sessions and a Summer Camp Clubhouse with nightly activities and entertainment. We layered in thoughtfully curated as well as branded meeting spots where 'serendipitous' moments of connection could be had.
