North American Trend and Vision Awards

Our team was thrilled to be asked for a third year to create a jaw-dropping opening stage show for the North American Trend and Vision Awards, showcasing the current trends in Hair and Make-up. This year’s theme was Kaleidoscope, and we were asked to tell the story of breaking out of one’s routine and comfort zone and finding the courage to find one’s voice, one’s color. Teamed up with the video team Melt Creative, we created an opening choreographed performance to reactive video following a character trapped in the safe but mundane routine of her colorless world. When she finds the courage to break out the box, a kabuki drop reveals a world of color. With an on-stage costume and make-up change, custom costumes, Aerialists, Cirque Acts, Dancers, custom choreography, our performers told the story that culminated with thunderous applause from the audience.
